Hello, I have already emailed you about my damaged order HH276151, but I haven’t received any response. The serum arrived leaking, and almost the entire bottle had spilled. I am not interested in a 10% discount, as the product is unusable. I would like a full refund or a replacement for the damaged item.

Its so amazing.. this serum makes my skin soft and supple.. really nice product and one more thing i should mention here, not only i am using this serum.. i tried manjal repair, swarnamaya, ujvala, kunkumathi, rosa face wash, Silver serum, pomovita, onion shampoo, glow serum, manjal magic soap, face pack, tender coconut moisturizer.. i used all the above mentioned things.. (not at a time) all are giving different fragrance and comfortable feel .. thanks to happy herbs.. (but one important thing I want to say the people.. i used secret cream this cream made my skin very damaged, initially it was amazing but later it's giving so many bad experience)... Very disappointed
