Avoid this company. I ordered two bottles of serum. One arrived completely empty because the bottle had leaked or been left open, while the other was full. Quality control clearly doesn’t exist. The surprises didn’t end there. After paying the full price for the products and FedEx shipping, I was hit with an unexpected $16 FedEx import charge. Nowhere on the website was this disclosed. If customers are expected to pay additional import fees, be transparent instead of hiding the real cost. Customer service was even worse. Instead of speaking with an actual support team, I was told to contact a random person on WhatsApp in the U.S. This individual was rude, dismissive, and actually told me that I wasn’t giving them “a million-dollar business,” as if that justified treating a paying customer with disrespect. An empty product, hidden charges, and unprofessional customer service are unacceptable. If your idea of customer support is a rude person on WhatsApp, you shouldn’t be selling products internationally. I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it as well.
