I have raised complaint in the website and email and whatsapp also. No response from your side regarding the mail I have sent. The matter was regarding charging for delivery charges for items that does not attract any delivery charges. And another is that one item is requested for return due to its bad apperance like it is unused for a long time and appearance does not look good. Worst experience this time.
